Can I make a return?
ALTHOUGH WE WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND OR RETURN OF OUR ITEMS ON A CHANGE-OF-HEART, WE WILL ALWAYS OFFER A RETURN AS A RESULT OF A MISTAKE ON OUR BEHALF. IF YOU BELIEVE THERE IS A PROBLEM ON OUR BEHALF, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@THREEAM.ONLINE DETAILING EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG, WHERE WE WILL SEND FURTHER RETURN INFORMATION.
CONDITIONS
IN ORDER TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- THE RETURN MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED CONDITION
- THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING
WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND YOUR ORIGINAL OR RETURN POSTAGE COSTS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY / INCORRECT.

When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship next business day - and you will receive tracking details by next business day.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. However, send an email or DM us on Instagram and we will see what we can do to help.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
