REFUNDS & RETURNS

Although we will not offer a refund or return of our items on a change-of-heart, we will always offer a return as a result of a mistake on our behalf. If you believe there is a problem on our behalf, please email info@threeam.online detailing exactly what is wrong, where we will send further return information.

CONDITIONS

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

  • The return must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

  • The item must be returned with tags and packaging 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
